About the maker
According to the brand's history, Settimio Soprani opened his own workshop in Castelfidardo in 1885 after working with his brother Paolo. The original company later joined Farfisa. Maxim's Group registered and revived the Settimio Soprani name in 2006, starting with a reconstruction of the Artist VI.
The illustration is inspired by the current Artist VI piano accordion. Maxim's Group lists 41 treble keys, five treble reed sets and 11 treble registers.
