Vladimir Zubitsky, also transliterated from Ukrainian as Volodymyr Zubytskyi, is a Ukrainian composer and bayan player. He studied bayan, composition and conducting at the Kyiv Conservatory and won the 1975 Coupe Mondiale as a performer.

His catalogue extends beyond the instrument to orchestral and stage music. The Carpathian Suite is a work for solo bayan; Rossiniana is a concerto for accordion and orchestra. Rossiniana is a multi-movement concerto that develops the relationship between soloist and orchestra on a large scale. By contrast, the Carpathian Suite builds its music with solo bayan alone. His works explore the instrument from unaccompanied solo to concerto.
